The Doctor Who experience

Post by Admin-Emperor Dalek on Wed 30 Aug 2017 - 22:13

Yesterday I visited the experience in Cardiff.
Thoughts: The experience itself was fun though a little rushed. Seen some impressive things like the Tardis Architectural Reconfiguration system from Journey to the Centre of the Tardis, you 'fly' the 11rh Doctors Tardis (first control room) via joysticks attached to the hand rails, lands on Skaro, as seen in Asylum of the Dlakes, walkthrough a grave yard of Weeping Angels

When I was there, the actual display was pretty cool, and I really liked seeing all the props and costumes.

However the prelude where you "collect" those crystal things just seemed a bit melodramatic, and unnecessary for those who just want to see the exhibition. If you wanted to visit the Museum a second time, you would get extremely bored of that sequence.
