Why have you a reaction to that?

This programme should be on the TV and made better.

Because I despise the whole concept of "seeing the universe anew" and Moffat basically lying. If new viewers join the show now, they won't understand anything at this point especially. Now the Daleks are the only exception to this rule as pretty much everyone alive knows what a Dalek is with very few exceptions. However with things like Ice Warriors, Mondasian Cybermen, the Master, the Sonic Screwdriver pot, and even Nardole, those are all things that only longer-time fans will understand. Newer viewers are gonna be like: "What's this pot with 'torches' in it?", "Why does this guy have screws falling out of him?" (Nardole), "Why is there a Boney M tribute band?" (Movellans), "Why is the geezer from Life on Mars so important?" (The Master), "Why do these metal-men look like something out of a 60s sci-fi show?" (Mondasian Cybermen).

And this programme should not be on TV, I can barely stand Christel Dee on YouTube as it is.

On TV without presenters, like Doctor Who confidential.

But what your saying about Moffat, its just to introduce people to the show, I mean when you watched it did you know everything?

When I joined it i knew enough because i joined on Series 2. The only returning villains were iconic ones that everyone knows about. The point is this really isn't a place new viewers can come in, that should be for next series with a new doctor and whatnot, this series should be giving a finite close to the more long-term fans since it is the tenth series of the revived show and the mondasian Cybermen are back.
