You could always just repaint the tie for 7, as for 3, I don't know, maybe swap the legs and repaint? Good pictures though.

I would change his legs but I am not sure how. Yea could repaint the 7th Doctors tie, but also would need to repaint the waistcoat.

I've heard of the boil and pop method for heads, that could work, or you might have to crack the torso like you do for arms. Not heard much of leg swapping.
